Krispy Kreme has designed limited edition donuts that customers can use as personalized greetings in time for Mother’s Day.
The company has offfered a special box of Krispy Kreme Message Doughnuts, containing twenty pieces of mini beignet doughnuts that can be customized with a personal message. Each doughnut is equal to one letter and the spaces in between each word are sprinkles.
The campaign is supported online, inviting doughnut lovers to share heartwarming messages for their mothers on the Krispy Kreme website. One hundred lucky participants received a box of the special doughnuts containing their personal message just in time for Mother’s Day last Sunday.
Launched in 9 May, the campaign supports #JoyInABox, Krispy Kreme’s attempt to win new customers and keep patrons hooked with creative donut and packaging design. Havas Media Ortega was behind the Mother’s Day initiative.
Commenting on the initiative, Jan Lorraine Cui, HVMO business director, “Krispy Kreme has been sharing joy in a box to its growing number of customers worldwide. This Mother’s Day, Krispy Kreme is making every box extra special for mothers in the Philippines.”
